Just last Wednesday, they closed a round of $6 million in seed funding with participation from a bevy of investors including Azure Capital, Cota Capital, Comcast Ventures, Vast Ventures, Stanford University, Galvanize Ventures, and Scribd co-founder Jared Friedman.
This news follows a successful Indiegogo campaign run by our team here at RainFactory – which sold over 6,000 units, raising $1.1 million in 60 days with more than 5,000 supporters. Eight – the First Smart Mattress Cover – will utilize these funds to speed up production and develop exciting new products.
